1–3 years experience in telecalling / sales / customer handling
Good communication skills (Hindi, Bengali, English preferred)
Confident and persuasive speaking ability
Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients (cold & warm leads)
Handle incoming inquiries via calls and WhatsApp
Explain company services clearly to prospects
Qualify leads and pass them to the Business Development Manager
Maintain proper follow-up with interested clients
Update daily call reports and lead status
Assist in achieving team sales targets
